INITIALIZE RDF

The INITIALIZE RDF command creates the RDF configuration and context files for establishment
of a new RDF configuration. By using the INITTIME parameter, you can perform the product
initialization online. By using the SYNCHDBTIME parameter, you can initialize the product
online and synchronize the entire database online.

Security: Super-user group member.
