Cause The RDF extractor is no longer responding, and it might be stopped.
Effect
The lockstep gateway stops.
Recovery Determine why the RDF subsystem stopped, correct the problem, and then restart
the subsystem.

Recovery If you want to perform RDF lockstep operations, you must be sure you have the
correct version of the RDF product, and you must be sure you have configured your RDF
