4 Replacement Procedures
Installing the Battery lock/Battery latch/ODD latch
To install the battery lock/battery latch/ODD latch, follow the steps below and refer to Figure
4-42.
1. Set the spring to the ODD latch and install them to the base assembly.
2. Push the ODD latch cap into the ODD latch from the bottom of the computer.
3. Set the spring to the battery latch and install them to the base assembly.
4. Push the battery latch cap into battery latch from the bottom of the computer.
5. Set the spring to the battery lock and install them to the base assembly.
6. Push the battery lock cap into battery lock from the bottom of the computer.
