Sending an Internet Fax

Internet Fax is an optional feature which is only available on the WorkCentre Pro.
Please contact your System Administrator for more information.

NOTE: Documents are
only scanned once.

NOTE: You may need to select [All
Services] first to access the Internet
Fax option.

Internet Fax features include...

Load the documents
either in the document
handler or on the
document glass.
Select [Internet Fax].
Select [To.], enter the recipient
e-mail details and select [Save].
Select [Edit Subject], enter a
subject and select [Save].
Select the required features on the
Touch Screen.
Press [Start].
