Xerox Welcome and Support Centre

If a fault cannot be resolved by following the Touch Screen instructions, check the
Troubleshooting Tips in the next section - they may help to solve the problem
quickly. If the difficulty persists, contact the Xerox Welcome and Support Centre.
The Welcome and Support Centre will want to know the following information: The
nature of the problem, the Machine Serial number, the fault code (if any) plus the
name and location of your company.

NOTE: The serial number can also be found on a metal plate inside the front door.

Press the [Machine Status] button on
the control panel.
The Machine Information
screen displays.
Select the [Faults] tab to see
details of recent faults,
together with fault codes.
Select [Machine Details] to
display the Customer
Support Number for the
Welcome and Support
Centre and the Machine
Serial Number.
