1) Configure the router 3Com1:
# Configure GTS on the interface ethernet0/0/0 of 3Com1 to shape the traffic
transmitted from the interface (shaping the traffic exceeding 0.5Mbps) so as to reduce
the packet drop rate of the interface ethernet1/0/0 of 3Com2.

2) Configure the router 3Com2:
# Configure the ACL to match the packets from Server and PC1.
