Configuration Guide
1) Configure a policy allowing the router to remark IP precedence to 1 for packets
with ATM CLP bit set to 1.
2) Apply the policy to the outbound direction of interface serial 0/0/0.
When congestion occurs on the ATM network, packets with CLP bit set to 1 are
dropped first.
