2 4 Installing Your Server Tower

You can use the HP C2982A CD-ROM Tower Rackmount Kit to
mount the tower in one of the following 19" racks:
• HP J1464A Rack System/U25
• HP J1466A Rack System/U33
• HP J1500A Rack System/E41
• HP J1501A Rack System/E33
• HP J1502A Rack System/E25
1. Attach the power cord to the rear of the tower and to the power
line source. Do not switch on power yet.
If you are also installing the HP J4148A SureStore CD
Expansion Tower, now install its power cord and switch on
its power.
2. Attach the network cable to the RJ-45 connector on the rear of
the tower.
