Power OFF the unit, the power ON.
Does "PRINTER ALARM 1" remain on display?
NO Refer to Action Item 3.
YES Are the connections of the interface cable between the main
control board (CN11) and the printer control board (CN10) correctly made?
NO Correctly make the connections.
YES Refer to Action Item 4.
