Miracast Troubleshooting
Use the following information to troubleshoot Miracast connection issues.
Supported platforms
The ShareLink Pro only supports Windows 10 version 1903 and later. For best experience, Extron
recommends version 2004 or later.
Network ports
Miracast requires the following ports to be open on the client device as well as on the overall network:

Follow these steps to verify Miracast graphics support on your Windows 10 device.
1. Open Start menu.
2. Enter Run to execute the Run app.
3. Type in dxdiag and hit the <Enter> key.
