The following table gives recommended actions to solve problems that may occur during setup or operation. If
the problem persists after performing the recommended action, contact Extron Technical Support.

Actions
Open the
settings on your PC, and check the following:
Sound
Check that Dolby Digital Audio is disabled in your PC's Sounds settings
