Troubleshooting Flowchart for Non-fatal Errors
For a non-fatal error, use the Sysmac Studio or an HMI to troubleshoot the error with the following
flowchart.
You can use the indicators to check the following.
• Level
• Whether the error is in the EtherNet/IP port
• If the sources of the error is the EtherNet/IP port, whether you can restore normal status yourself

Power is not being input.
The voltage is outside of the allowable
range for the power supply.

Check all of the following branches that correspond
to the status of the NS indicators.
Red lit, not lit or flashing.

Cause
Turn ON the power.
Check the Controller's power supply system, and correct it so that
the voltage is within the allowable range.
