2. To perform multi-channel EEG recording or LTM/video monitoring with the use of
special electrode system or electrode cap follow the steps below:
1) Prior to electrode cap placement, degrease the required skin areas
with an alcohol wipe.
2) Select the patient cap that best fits the patient's head and put in on a
patient (Fig. 35). Adjust the cap size using the straps. If ear clip elec-
trodes are used as reference ones, place them on patient's earlobes.
Prior to it degrease the skin. Plug the electrode cap in the related con-
nector on the electronic unit.

3) Fill electrodes imbedded into the cap and, if it is necessary, ear clip
electrodes with conductive gel using a syringe with a thick blunt tip
needle (Fig. 36).
