8.2. Reboot Using the Reset Button

Before You Begin
NOTE
Pressing and holding the reset button for more than 10 seconds will initiate a factory reset of the
Tunnel Gateway.
During reboot, the Tunnel Gateway is temporarily unavailable for approximately two minutes.
Procedure
1.
Ensure that the Tunnel Gateway is powered on.

Use a pointed object, such as a paper clip to quickly press and release the Reset button.

3.
Wait while the Tunnel Gateway reboots.
Result
You are logged out of the Tunnel Gateway built-in web interface and redirected to the login page.
