Chapter 2
The proper settings are very important for the most accurate information possi-
ble. The SignalHawk can be configured in various ways, allowing for a wide
range of measurement capabilities.

Core Soft Key Functions

"Soft Keys" serve multiple functions on the SignalHawk. There are four core
functions:
1. On/Off Button - Push to toggle the corresponding function on or off.
2. Pop-Up Menu Button - Push to pop-up lists and drop menus. Use the arrow
key, wheel, etc. to select from the pop-up (e.g. Freq list).
3. Highlight Button - Push to highlight selectable variants (e.g. Freq).
4. Trigger Event Button - Push to start a function (Full Span).
