4.3.4. Analog output errors

Condition
The current output is not
correct.
When the display is 0, it
will not reach 4 mA.
The output is 0 mA.
The output is 20 mA or
more.
The output is 4 mA or
less.
The display value
changes, but the analog
output remains constant.
The display value does
not match the analog
output.
The output does not
change even after
performing analog output
calibration.

4.3.5. Key errors

Condition
It is not responding to keystroke input.
Certain keys are not responding.
It is behaving differently than defined.

4.3.6. Hardware failure countermeasures

If there is a hardware failure after following the above mentioned procedures 4.3.1 to 4.3.5, please contact us with the details
of the error.
Cause
The range setting is not correct.
The analog output is out of alignment.
There is a cable disconnection.
The LED display shows "OVER".
The LED display shows "OVER".
The output load is 550 ohms or more.
The analog output is out of alignment.
Hardware failures
● Hardware failures => Go to "4.3.6 Hardware failure countermeasures".
● Set the correct range setting.
● Calibrate the analog output.
It is over the range.
● Reconfigure the analog output range
data.
It is flowing in the reverse direction.
● Install
downstream.
● Do not exceed 550 ohms.
● Calibrate the analog output.
