To update the Template List,
touch Refresh List.
Directory the name of the directory in which the file you are scanning
Document Folder the name of the folder in which the document will be stored.
Image Quality any adjustments required for specific types of images, Text,
Original Size the size of the document.
Sides Imaged selects 1 or 2 sided scanning.

The Scan Templates list shows all the templates stored on
the machine.
The Template List contains the factory default template that
is supplied with the Document Centre 220/230/332/340 . The
default template appears at the top of the list and is selected
automatically. All other templates follow in alpha-numeric
order. Up to 250 templates can be displayed.
If the first Scan Screen is set as the default screen, the
Template List will be displayed each time the machine is
powered On. It contains only the template files available on
the local disk.
The Summary Box on the right hand side of the screen
displays information about the selected template. Each time
you select another template file, the Summary Box updates
to display information associated with the selected template.
