Auto Answer the Document Centre 220/230/332/340 automatically
answers the telephone. The Key Operator can set the Auto
Answer delay between 0 and 15 seconds. This depends on
the way the machine is used. The delay gives recipients an
opportunity to answer the telephone. After the programmed
time delay (or immediately if it is set to 0), the machine
automatically answers.
Manual Answer the Document Centre 220/230/332/340 will not
automatically answer. On answering the telephone and if a
fax tone is heard, touch Receive and Start to switch from the
telephone to fax.
