Touch the Comment Setup
button on the Reports &
Setups tab.

Select an empty line in the
Comment List to enter the
name(s) you want to
program.

Touch Next ( Document
Centre 332/340 ) or Enter
( Document Centre 220/230 )
to display the keypad. If an
incorrect entry is made, touch
the button to backspace.
À
Enter the comment(s).
À
Touch Save and then Save
again to exit.

Comments are To and From lines on a cover page. The
Document Centre 332/340 can store up to 50 comments in
the Comments list. The Document Centre 220/230 can store
up to 34 comments. To use a comment, scroll through the
comments and choose the one required, or create a new
comment.
