Delete documents
This option is used to delete all of the original documents
stored for polling. Before deleting documents, a confirmation
message will appear on the touch screen.
Print documents
Used to print the original documents stored for polling. If the
Document Centre 220/230/332/340 is configured by the Key
Operator to delete the stored documents after they are
printed, a confirmation message will appear confirming the
request. Configuring the machine to delete the stored
documents after printing saves memory.
