Network Print and Fax Functions

About tab provides the software version number and copyright
User Preferences tab selects Document Monitor to enable view status of print and
System Configuration tab tick the boxes next to the options that are installed on the

When selecting the Document Centre 220/230/332/340 as
the printer, the associated print screen will be displayed on
your workstation.
Select Print from the toolbar in the software program to
display the print screen. The following pages describe the
options that may be available on your print driver.

- Delayed Print— delays processing a job until a later
time. After selecting the Delayed Print option from the
print screen, enter the time of day the job is to be
processed. The job will be placed on hold until the
specified time. The job is then released automatically
