If Off is selected, select
comment and the Document
Centre will display the list.

Select an empty slot in the
list.

Touch Enter .

Use the pop-up keypad to
enter a new comment. Touch
the More Characters button
on the keypad to use
additional characters. If an
incorrect entry is made, touch
the button to backspace.

Touch Save .

The Comment will be
displayed in the list.

If the date, page numbering and comment has been
selected for a document and the same position has also
been selected for each, they will be displayed in the default
order: comment (left), page number (center) and date (right).
When date is selected there is a choice of format -
MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY.
