Table of compensation values (kw.ssfk.table[i].*)

Compensation values are specified in the table 'kw.ssfk.table[i].*' The array index i may assume a number of
values determined by P-COMP-00020 [} 26] . Compensation values are specified as absolute position errors
in the unit specified in P-COMP-00017 [} 25] .
