WARNING
•
The navigation system display cannot show, or cannot
adequately show, certain objects (such as small posts or grating ),
recesses in the ground and protruding parts on another car.
•
Only use the rearview camera to assist you if it shows a good,
clear picture . For example, the image may be affected by the sun
shining into the lens, dirt on the lens or if there is a defect . •

WARNING
•
The rearview camera does not show the entire area behind the
vehicle => page 96, fig. 76. Watch out especially for small children
and animals because the rearview camera cannot always detect
them .
•
Please note that objects not touching the ground can appear to
be farther away than they really are (for example, the bumper of a
vehicle or the rear of a truck). In this case, you should not use the
orientation lines to help with parking .
•
Maintain plenty of distance from obstacles so that your outside
mirror or a corner of your vehicle does not come into contact with
them .
