BASE MODE:
01 switching to base mode with base lift

81 switching to platform mode with
joystick out of neutral
82 switching to platform mode with steer

A mismatch occurred in the sampling
of a subset of inputs between the two
microcontrollers. The hexadecimal
value "XX" facilitates Zapi technicians
debugging the problem.
The tilt sensor data reports the machine
is tilted.
Alarm related to the motor control
algorithm.
This alarm occurs only when the
controller is configured as PMSM and
the feedback sensor selected is the
encoder. The A and B pulse sequence is
not correct. The hexadecimal value "XX"
facilitates Zapi technicians debugging
the problem.
The measured key voltage is not the
right one for the inverter.
Section 5 – Procedures
Troubleshooting
Repeat the command sequence.
Check the wiring.
Restart the machine. If the code is
still present without driving, replace
the controller.
Check the installation configuration
parameter and the calibration of the
tilt sensor.
Ask assistance to Zapi technicians.
Check the motor harness and motor
to see if the speed feedback sensor
may be faulty. If so, replace the
controller.
Check the key voltage with a volt
meter. Check battery voltage and
condition.
