Cause
The anti overrising function is enabled.
As a consequence, the platform lifting is
inhibited.
The controller has recognised a
mismatch between the two inputs that
manage the anti
overrise.
The telematics disables the functions.
Driving, steering, lifting and lowering are
inhibited.
The battery charge level is too low for
driving.
Driving is inhibited.
The machine is being driven over a too
steep slope:
SLOPE CUT DRIV01: driving forward and
up a too steep slope;
SLOPE CUT DRIV02: driving backward
and up a too steep slope;
SLOPE CUT DRIV03: driving backward
and down a too steep slope;
SLOPE CUT DRIV04: driving forward and
down a too steep slope;
Service mode is recognised:
SERVICE MODE 01: service mode
is active. Driving, steering, lifting and
lowering are inhibited. All outputs of the
Joystick are disabled.
SERVICE MODE 02: service mode is
active with diagnostic. Driving, steering,
lifting and lowering are allowed. All
outputs of the Joystick are available.
The platform deck is extended. As a
consequence driving is inhibited.
The battery charge level is too low for
lifting.
Lifting is inhibited.
The internal tilt sensor is faulty. The
hexadecimal value "XX" facilitates Zapi
technicians debugging the problem.
The battery charger is charging the
battery. Driving, steering, lifting and
lowering are inhibited.
Error with the pothole:
DRV LOCK-POTHO01: pothole is
deployed when the platform is stowed.
DRV LOCK-POTHO02: pothole is not
deployed when the platform is lifted.
Driving and steering are disabled.
The internal IIC bus is faulty. The
hexadecimal value "XX" facilitates Zapi
technicians debugging the problem.
Section 5 – Procedures
Troubleshooting
Lower the platform.
Check the wiring and the anti overrise
switches.
Check the telematics and the wiring.
Charge the battery.
Check the calibration of the tilt
sensor. Replace the controller.
Exit the service mode. If service
mode input is inactive, check the
wiring.
Retract the platform deck. If it is
already retracted, check the wiring.
Charge the battery.
Replace the controller.
Disconnect the battery charger from
the master. Check the wiring.
Check the state of the pothole. Check
the wiring.
Replace controller.
