Cause
The internal communication with the tilt
sensor is faulty and it is not possible to
receive the tilt sensor data.
The platform is overloaded.
The load estimation, based on the
measurements coming from the load
cells, is not calibrated.
The controller has detected that platform
and base modes are requested at the
same time.
Enable button is pushed but command
is not requested by the dedicated
timeout or drive/lift mode has changed
while enable button was pushed.
The frequency supplied to the motor is
above 40 Hz and the feedback from the
feedback sensor has a jump greater than
value defined by parameter DIAG.JUMP
SENS in few tens of millisecond.
The two microcontrollers have detected
a mismatch in the way the traction motor
has being driven. The hexadecimal
value "XX" facilitates Zapi technicians
debugging the problem.
Alarm on Master microcontroller: left-
hand side motor.
Alarm on Slave microcontroller: right-
hand side motor.
The two microcontrollers have detected
a mismatch in the speed set-point for
the motor. The hexadecimal value "XX"
facilitates Zapi technicians debugging
the problem.

Troubleshooting
Replace controller.
Check the platform load. Check the
load cell calibration.
Perform load cell calibration
procedure.
Check the wiring and the BASE/
PLATFORM switch.
If no problem is found at the wiring
level, replace the controller.
Release the enable button, repeat
the command sequence. Check the
joystick operatively.
Check both the electric and the
mechanical functionality of the
encoder.
Check the wires crimping.
Check the mechanical installation
of the encoder, if the encoder slips
inside its housing it may raise this
alarm.
The electromagnetic noise on
the sensor can be a cause for the
alarm. In this case try to replace the
encoder.
If the problem is still present after
replacing the encoder, the failure is in
the controller. Replace it.
Restart the machine. If the code is
still present without driving, replace
the controller.
Restart the machine. If the code is
still present without driving, replace
the controller.
