  • Page 4 Montage- und Betriebsvorschrift Zentrales Lüftungsgerät – KWL 220/340 D KAPITEL 1 Grundlegende Hinweise Zur Sicherstellung einer einwandfreien Funktion und zur eigenen Sicherheit sind alle nachstehenden Vorschriften genau SICHERHEIT durchzulesen und zu beachten. Die national einschlägigen Normen, Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Vorschriften (z.B. DIN EN VDE 0100) sowie die Technischen Anschlussbedienungen des örtlichen Energieversorgungsunternehmens sind unbedingt zu beachten und anzuwenden.

    Stillstandzeiten, starke Verschmutzung (z.B. fetthaltige Luft), übermäßige Beanspruchung durch klimatische, tech- nische oder elektronische Einflüsse, geeignet. Gleiches gilt für die mobile Verwendung des Gerätes (Fahr-, Flugzeuge, Schiffe, usw.). Ein Einsatz unter diesen Bedingungen ist nur mit Einsatzfreigabe seitens Helios möglich, da die Serien- ausführung hierfür nicht geeignet ist.

    Geräuschpegel, sind glattwandige Rohre zu verwenden. Für die Hauptleitungen (Außenluft, Fortluft, Zuluft und Abluft) ist der Rohrdurchmesser DN 125 mm (KWL 220 D) bzw. DN 160 mm (KWL 340 D) vorzusehen. Für Stichlei- tungen kann der Durchmesser entsprechend reduziert werden. Die Zuluft ist den Wohn- und Schlafräumen zuzuführen, die Abluft in den Nutzräumen abzuführen.

    Alle Ausführungen der zum Gerät gehörenden Dokumentationen müssen beachtet werden, sonst entfällt die Gewähr- leistung. Gleiches gilt für Haftungsansprüche an den Hersteller. Der Gebrauch von Zubehörteilen, die nicht von Helios empfohlen oder angeboten werden, ist nicht zulässig. Even tuell auftretende Schäden unterliegen nicht der Gewährleistung.

ACHTUNG Durch eine geschlossene Ableitung des Kondensats können Druckverhältnisse entstehen, welche einen kontrol- lierten Ablauf des Kondensats aus dem Gerät verhindern.

    Lüftungsleitungen anschließen Das Gerät ist mit vier Muffen (Ø 125 mm (KWL 220 D) bzw. Ø 160 mm (KWL 340 D)) für den Anschluss an das Rohrsys- tem ausgerüstet. Die Lüftungsleitungen müssen fest und dicht an die Muffen angeschlossen sein. Hierzu sind die Rohr- anschluss-Verbinder RVBD 125 K (Zubehör) für KWL 220 D bzw.

The room temperature must not fall below +5 °C. 2. In case of installation in heated rooms and rooms with higher air humidity, condensate may form in the area of the intake air and exhaust air ducts.

The condensate must be able to drain freely from the unit. The provided ball siphon (scope of delivery) must be installed in the base tray of the unit for this purpose.

    Connect ventilation ducts The unit is equipped with four spigots (Ø 125 mm (KWL 220 D) or Ø 160 mm (KWL 340 D)) for connection to the duct system. The ventilation ducts must be connected firmly and tightly to the spigots. Duct connectors RVBD 125 K (acces- sories) for KWL 220 D or RVBD 160 K (accessories) for KWL 340 D must be used in this respect.
