Connections for networks and accessories

5.2.1 Connect network

The network is connected via the network cable led out of the cable gland with a plug.
1. Connect network cable to router or PC/laptop.

5.2.2 Connect accessories

The accessories are connected via the external terminal box.
1. Open terminal box.
2. Connect accessories, see section 5.1.1 „Connection diagram", page 14.

Initial commissioning

The unit must be properly connected or linked to the mains power supply for the initial commissioning. The commissio-
ning assistant can then run via the local web server or optionally via the control element KWL-BE Touch (accessories).
• Initial commissioning via local web server
– Set up local web server, see section 7.1 „Local web server", page 21.
– Run commissioning assistant, see section 6.2 „Run commissioning assistant".
• Initial commissioning via control element KWL-BE Touch (accessories)
Installation and commissioning see Installation and Operating Instructions KWL-BE Touch.
ⓘ The unit cannot operate without successfully completing the initial commissioning!

ⓘ I n order to run the commissioning assistant, the local web server of the KWL
mobile end device (see section 7.1 „Local web server", page 21).
