TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem
Monitor problems.
Blurry Monitor
Too bright, or dim.
Monitor shows "No
Signal"
Monitor has nothing
at all on power up.
Monitor not
working.
Power
down, wait 2
minutes
Error on screen at
and power
power up.
up again.
Re-Boot game to see
if problem still exists.
None of inputs work.
Game turns
No coin up, no test
on, but some
of the
buttons, display may say
functions do

I/O Serial cable unplugged
shows "Door

Probable Cause
Monitor will have to be removed from game, and adjusted from
front of screen. Refer to "How to Replace Monitor"
Remove fish head.
Remove 2 wood braces holding monitor.
Peel monitor back away from sticky tape.
Use menu buttons to access monitor
adjustments.
Monitor VGA cable unplugged. Check the VGA cable to the monitor.

Check both connection on motherboard from power supply. Ensure
power supply is running. Refer to Power Supply Diagnostics.
Faulty motherboard - Replace motherboard. (AAMB10-FHD)
Power cable unplugged
from monitor.
Faulty monitor.
Check fan on power sup-
ply, ensure it is turning
Faulty USB stick
Faulty motherboard.
Ensure power is plugged into back of
monitor, check the connection at the 2
cables to the monitor, down to power
strip.(A5CORD1, A5CORD12)
Replace monitor. (A5CBDI030)
Refer to Power Supply Diagnostics. Re-
place power Supply
Reseat USB software stick into different
USB socket on motherboard.
Replace USB software (A5FHD005)
Replace motherboard. (AAMB10-FHD)
I/O Serial cable unplugged from I/O board to motherboard.
Inspect cable AACE1614 or AACE0024. Replace if needed.
There are 2 different options that could be built with
game. Please refer to "Communication Wiring Diagram
Options"
USB software stick loose, or faulty. Replace if needed.
(A5FHD005)
Faulty RAM, or motherboard.
Replace motherboard (AAMB10-FHD)
Inspect cable AACE1614 or AACE0024.
Replace if needed.
There are 2 different options that could be built with game.
Please refer to "Communication Wiring Diagram Options"
