Replace the key battery
Replacement of
battery
Battery in the smart key should be replaced
when the remote control distance of smart
key is very short, unable to remotely control
the vehicle, or vehicle cannot recognize the
smart key due to low battery power.

Take out the mechanical key, insert the
mechanical key into the side opening at
the rear end of the key, and then hold
the handle to pry open the back cover of
the key;

Replace the battery with a new one.
Note that the anode of the battery is
facing the rear cover (logo side). Smart
key battery model: 3V, CR2032;
Install the smart key chip on the back
cover (logo side);
Clip the two halves of the smart key
housing into place.
Keep the battery out of children's reach
to prevent children from swallowing the
replaced battery by mistake.
If the key cannot be used after replacing
the battery, please contact Geely Service
for maintenance.
Dispose of waste batteries according
to local regulations to avoid damaging
