Configure your system
To configure the system backup:
1. Go to
2. Click Configure.
3. Select System controller backup.
4. Select the extension system controller where you want to save the backup.
5. Click Save.
You can manually backup the system at any time instead of waiting for the scheduled backup. This ensures that all your data and
settings can be saved on demand. To manually start the backup, go to

• The backup does not include any recorded evidence.
• We recommend that you physically label the backup system controller. This will be your way of identifying it in the unlikely
event that the system controller, on which the system was initially created, malfunctions.
• Backup requires a body worn system with multiple system controllers.
See Restore a system with more than one system controller on page 42 if you want to restore a system.
You can receive a system notification If the system backup fails to synchronize. See Set up email notifications on page 36.

Camera profiles

Use camera profiles to apply the same camera settings to a group of users. You can for example create different profiles for the day
and night shifts. A default camera profile is assigned to new users.
Edit a camera profile
1. Go to
2. Click
3. Edit the camera profile Name.
4. Enter a Description for the camera profile.
5. Select the cameras that you want to make available for camera assignment for users with this camera profile.
6. Click Done.
