Support for the features and settings described in this section varies between camera models. This icon
feature or setting is available only for some camera models.

Includes audio in the recording.
Optimization
Puts the camera in a power saving mode when it's not recording. This extends the
operating time. You can't use pre-buffer with standby mode.

The high settings use less compression
and increase sharpness, which results in a

the effects from shaking and vibration
and makes the image more smooth and
steady.
Barrel distortion is a lens effect that
makes the image appear curved and
bent outwards. With Barrel distortion
correction you get a straighter image.

optimization.
• Post-processing – Records
audio with reduced
compression and in dual
audio channels. Suitable
for forensic audio analysis.
Post-processing results in a
higher bitrate.
• Voice
– Isolates
voices in the recording by
filtering out monotonous
ambient sound.
