The total spacing of the image, for example to the left media edge, is the sum
of the left media margin (Left from Media Margins) and the left image border
(Left from Horizontal Image Border).

In the Horiz. Dimension, Vert. Dimension input fields, always enter the
horizontal or vertical spacing between the images.
