Managing Data

You can save power/loss values in your unit. You will save and recall this
data according to the cable name and fiber ID.
You cannot recover deleted data. Ensure that you transfer your
data to a computer if you intend to use it later.
Deleting a single value does not free memory. To free memory,
you must delete all data at once.
Saving and Deleting a Power or Loss Value
To save a power or loss value:
1. Press
and then Instrument View.
2. Using the corresponding function
key (F1/F2/F3), press Save.
To delete a single value:
1. Press
and then Instrument View.
2. Using the corresponding function
key (F1/F2/F3), select the fiber to
delete.
3. Press Delete Fiber.
