Line key
You can assign each key a specific action type so that you can trigger a
particular action by simply pressing that key. The following choice is avail-
able:
Action type
Call number
Function
Busy lamp field
Room
Configuring or deleting a key assignment
You want to configure a configurable key with a call number, function or
busy lamp field, or you want to delete the key configuration.
The keys must have been configured either by your system administrator
or by yourself in the Self Service Portal (see chapter "MiVoice
Office 400 Self Service Portal", page 9). An overview of the available func-
tions can be found in the chapter "Overview of available functions",
page 58.
Note:
A key that you have configured locally on your phone cannot be displayed
or overwritten over the Self Service Portal. Therefore, always configure
your keys via the Self Service Portal of the MiVoice Office 400 communica-
tion server.

Description
You can store call numbers, functions or busy lamp fields
on the top softkeys (T1 to T48).
Line keys are set by your system administrator. For more
information on line keys, refer to chapter "Dialling with
the line key", page 36.

Number key
Configure a key with a call number and name
Function key
Configure a key with a function in order to run
or activate/deactivate a function.
Team key
Configure a key with your team partner's call
number. Team keys are only possible on func-
tion keys T1 to T48. You can also configure
busy lamp field on the keys of Mitel M695
expansion module.
Room key
Configure a key with the guest's room number,
room name, or guest name (if defined).
