NOTE: If codes 22, 23, and 41 blink in-sequence, the gray plug is disconnected from the ECU.
If no codes blink, the black plug is disconnected from the ECU.

Low Battery Voltage
MAP Sensor: Open or Shorted Connection
Temperature Sensor: Open or Shorted
Connection
Fuel Pump: Open Connection
Fuel Injector: Open Connection
Ignition Pulse: Open Connection

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check battery voltage. Charge/replace battery
as necessary.
Check connector at ECU & Throttle module.
If connection is made and no corrosion is
present, replace ECU and Throttle Module.
Check connector at ECU & Throttle module.
If connection is made and no corrosion is
present, replace ECU and Throttle Module.
Check fuel pump and fuel system. Check
electrical connections at ECU, Throttle module
and fuel pump.
Check connector at ECU & Throttle module.
If connection is made and no corrosion is
present, replace ECU and Throttle Module.
Check spark plug, coil, ECU. Replace failed
components.
