Back-up operation if an error occurs on the outdoor unit
If an error occurs on the outdoor unit during a system heating demand, the
boiler or electrical back-up starts up immediately to guarantee heating
comfort.
Back-up operation when defrosting the outdoor unit
When the outdoor unit is defrosting, the control unit ensures full protection
of the system by starting up the back-ups if necessary.
Additional protection is provided if the water temperature falls too sharply.
In this case, the outdoor unit is shut down.
Operation when the outdoor temperature falls below the
operating threshold of the outdoor unit
If the outdoor temperature is below the minimum operating temperature of
the outdoor unit as defined by the Min. Outdoor T. HP (HP051) parameter,
the outdoor unit is not authorised to operate.
If the system has a demand pending, the back-up or electric boiler starts
up immediately to guarantee heating comfort.
