The setScsiAssign command assigns a target device to a SCSI channel [channel] with SCSI Target ID
[id] and Logical Unit Number of [lun].
The indicated channel must be configured to be running in target mode. The [id] and [lun] must be available
on that channel.
The targets command displays the devID as the Idx.

The example below shows the device with devID of 64 assigned to ID 0, LUN 0 on SCSI Channel 2.
