Purpose of this Release
This release extends the capabilities of the Storage Networking Controller (SNC) 4000. These release notes
include a list of issues that are resolved by this release of the SNC 4000 firmware. Visit
additional information about the SNC 4000 and previous firmware releases. For a complete matrix of
firmware compatibility, refer to the library release notes.
New Features
This release provides new firmware, v. 4.50.03, for the SNC 4000.
Resolved Issues
Problems that have been resolved in this release of Firmware v. 4.50.03 are as follows:

35664 Added the ability to reset a specified SCSI bus from the CLI and SNMP.
36216 CFL events for failed medium changer are not available if the changer does not respond
when SCSI channel is rescanned.
39534 Added serial numbers of targets in the mapShowDatabase output.
