Figure Notes:
1. Header must be slightly pitched toward the drain.
2. Header material must be CPVC, galvanized steel, or
stainless steel.
3. Header should be taken to the lowest point possible
and remain ooded during operation.
4. The condensate drain trap outlet must be below the
condensate outlet if the boiler.
5. For multiple boiler installation, maintain minimum pipe
size of one inch (25.4 mm) for the header piping.
6. The maximum capacity to attach per multiple boiler
condensate drain trap is 12,000,000 BTU/hr total.
7. Housekeeping pad required, minimum 4 inch (102 mm).
