Burner head removed and visually inspected
Burner head cleaned (air only)
Burner head reinstalled with new gaskets
Burner flange hardware torqued to spec (see Section 4 of IOM)
Low water probe(s) removed, cleaned, and reinstalled
Combustion air inlet filter replaced with new
Flame rod inspected and cleaned, or replaced
Direct spark ignition replaced with new and gap properly set
Special gas vent system and condensate drains inspected
Combustion air intake system inspected
Safety relief valve tested, replaced if it does not fully reseat
Open factory Service Bulletin(s) addressed (where applicable)
Software updated to the latest version (unless otherwise instructed by the factory)
Safety checks table completed
Combustion verification completed, adjust as necessary
WATER CHEMISTRY: Verify water chemistry is within specified limits, correct where required
pH (8.5-10.5)
Oxygen (<250 ppb)
Iron/Copper (<5 ppm)
Chloride (<200 ppm)
Hardness (<60 ppm)
Gylcol %
Water fill pressure at the boiler outlet/supply connection (>12 psi)
