11.14 Setting Range Limit Function

This is the limit function for the setting of the internal signal source. It works when the signal source
is INT, VCA (frequency setting limit only), SYNC (voltage setting limit only), or ADD (internal
signal source only). The limitation does not work for the Sequence and Simulation. It does not also
work for the external signal source of EXT and ADD.
In the polyphase system, the setting is common to all the phases.
