Cause or Necessary action
The adjustment data is abnormal. Cycle the
power. If it still occurs, contact the seller
(NF Corporation or our agent) from whom
you purchased the product.
The power input voltage is excessive. Check
if the power input is appropriate.
The power input voltage is insufficient.
Check if the power input is appropriate.
There is a communication error between the
firmware and the power unit. Cycle the
power. If it still occurs, contact the seller
(NF Corporation or our agent) from whom
you purchased the product.
There is a communication error between the
firmware and the output measurement
section. Cycle the power. If it still occurs,
contact the seller (NF Corporation or our
agent) from whom you purchased the
product.
The polyphase system communication is
abnormal. Make sure the System Cable is
connected properly.
In the polyphase system, the connection
destination cannot be recognized in the
specified time. Make sure the System Cable
is connected properly, then turn on the
power of all the cabinets in 20 seconds.
In the polyphase system, the main firmware
versions of the cabinets do not match.
All power unit versions do not match.
A power unit of unsupported version is
connected.
In the polyphase system, the output
capacities of the phases do not match.
A cabinet to which the polyphase system
connection is inhibited is connected with the
System Cable.
There is no power unit that can be started.
The output voltage is excessive. This may
occur at an abrupt change in the output
current due to the inductive load.
Also when the remote sensing function set
to FB, check the feedback cable connects
correctly. (See 8.2.2)
