1.2 PURPOSE

The trailer is designed for transporting ag-
ricultural and construction machines and
the loads which can be properly secured
against moving during travel (loads placed
in boxes, containers, on pallets etc.).
The above-mentioned loads may be trans-
ported provided that the recommendations
included in this manual, especially the rec-
ommendations concerning protection of
load included in Section Securing load are
adhered to.
Transporting people, animals, bulk and
hazardous materials is prohibited and
regarded as contrary to the intended
purpose of the trailer. The trailer must not
be used for transporting long materials
e.g. sawlogs.
The trailer may only be hitched to the agri-
cultural tractors which fulfil all the require-
ments specified in table Requirements for
agricultural tractor.
The brake system and the light and indi-
cator system meet the requirements of
road traffic regulations. Do NOT exceed
the permissible speed of the tractor-trailer
combination (the permissible speed spec-
ified by road traffic regulations in force in
the country in which the trailer is used).
The trailer speed must not, however, be
greater than the maximum design speed

The machine must not be used for purposes other
than those for which it is intended.

Using it as intended also involves all ac-
tions connected with the safe and proper
operation and maintenance of the ma-
chine. Due to the above, the user is obliged
to:
• carefully read this Operator's Manual
and the Warranty Book and conform
with the recommendations contained
in these documents,
• understand the machine's operating
principle and how to operate it safely
and correctly,
• adhere to the established mainte-
nance and adjustment plans,
• comply with general safety regula-
tions while working,
• prevent accidents,
• comply with the road traffic regula-
tions and transport regulations in
force in the given country, in which
the machine is used,
• carefully read the Operator's Manual
and comply with its recommendations,
• only hitch the trailer to an agri-
cultural tractor which fulfils all the
