3.9. Turn Off
After the module is turned off or enters PSM, do not pull up any I/O pin lest it cause additional power
consumption and possibly damage pins on the module.
Either of the following methods can be used to turn off the module normally:
Turn off the module via PWRKEY and PON_TRIG.
Turn off the module via AT+QPOWD and PON_TRIG.
3.9.1. Turn Off with PWRKEY and PON_TRIG
When the module is powered on, drive PWRKEY low for 650–1500 ms before releasing it, and then pull
down PON_TRIG within 200 ms, after which the module will execute the power-down procedure.
The power-down timing is illustrated in the following figure.
