NOTE
1.
For BG950A-GL/BG951A-GL/BG953A-GL, when the module starts up normally, to ensure full
functionality, the minimum supply voltage should be higher than 2.2 V. While for BG955A-GL, the
minimum supply voltage should be higher than 3.3 V. For every VBAT transition/re-insertion from
0 V, VBAT slew rate < 25 mV/μs. To ensure normal module startup, pulling down PWRKEY to turn
on the module after VBAT remains stable for 100 ms.

After entering PSM or power off mode, it is prohibited to provide any external voltage to the
module's I/O ports that are not defined as a wake-up source.

Keep all RESERVED pins and unused pins unconnected.
