3.9.2. Turn Off with AT Command and PON_TRIG
Similar to PWRKEY, the module can be turned off safely with AT+QPOWD. After AT+QPOWD is sent, pull
down PON_TRIG within 200 ms, and the module will execute the power-down procedure.
