For information security, do not enable MESH Button when using the Mesh device in public
areas.

With this function disabled, you cannot form a network by using the MESH button on the device.
However, you can use the Tenda WiFi App or web UI to add the device to a network.
To enable or disable the MESH button:
Log in to the web
Step 1
Choose More > WiFi Settings > MESH Button.

Enable or disable MESH Button.
Step 3
The following message is displayed, indicating that the setting is saved successfully.

On this page, you can:
Change the LAN IP address and subnet mask of the Mesh device.

Change the DHCP server parameters of the Mesh device.
The DHCP server can automatically assign IP addresses, subnet masks, gateways and

other information to clients within the LAN. If you disable this function, you need to
manually configure the IP address information on the client to access the internet. Do
not disable the DHCP server function unless necessary.

Configure the DNS information assigned to clients.
