Figure 3-4 Removing the fixing plates
Two persons are required to turn over the fan to avoid injury.
● If a bolt is broken or slipped, or cannot be removed, quickly secure the
installation sheet metal of the fan to ensure that the fan will not rotate freely.
After handling the faulty bolt, remove the fan installation sheet metal
according to the label sequence.
● When rotating the fan, ensure that the fan power terminal is not
interconnected.
Step 2 Assign one person to hold the fan handle tightly to prevent the fan from rotating
automatically when the last fixing plate is removed, and assign the other person
to remove the last fixing plate.
When removing the last fixing plate, ensure that the chain is installed to prevent
the fan from rotating automatically.
